Customer Name is missing in calendar entry

Hi

 

I've a service in bookings. Until some weeks ago, the calendar entry title was "the name of the service and the customer name". But at the moment the title is only "name of the service"

How can I add the customer name to the title again? Did something change in booking?

I am also experiencing this until just recently. It's a big issue for us. We were about to roll out Bookings to the rest of our organization and have had to pause while we navigate this.
Is there a solution for this topic?
They appear to be updating something in the backend of either Outlook or Bookings and it's been breaking a bunch of stuff the last couple weeks. They don't seem to have the support to address it either. Sad....

Bookings seems to be a super low priority for them lately, not sure why.

Is there still no solution?

Is there any chance that we get support from Microsoft? It looks like they don't care about it.
