Customer Issue in Bookings

We have recently set up bookings for our community hall which was working well until about a month ago (or so). After filling in our regular bookers from our current diary, we now have a good list of custmers in the registry. When making a new booking, the system was suggesting which customer you might be looking for and would fill in all their details on that particular booking. This has suddenly stopped working.... Has anyone else has this issue? The custmer list is also not appearing on my mobile app and I wonder if the two issues are linked?

 

I have contacted support about this with little success...
