Customer details for group meetings

It seems that the Outlook appointment for group meetings does not get the details from all customers. Our staff are reporting that it is very cumbersome (way too many clicks) go into each customer record to get their information so that they can add notes in our system or to send out follow up emails. Please bring everyone's info into the Outlook appointment and/or perhaps expose it on one page in Bookings calendar.
