Customer Declined but Meeting Didn't Update

Hello! I have a customer that booked time with me through my Microsoft Bookings link. This customer also has Outlook, but when they declined the meeting, I didn't receive a notification. Additionally, the meeting still shows as accepted on both my calendar and the Bookings tool calendar.

@mogowork, thanks for reaching out. Currently, customers will have to cancel the meeting from the booking page itself. The confirmation email received should have a link to manage the appointment.
