Copy access of existing user when creating a new one gives bookings access but not listed on site

In our organization, when we create a new user (AD / O365 synched), we usually copy access rights of an existing user witht he same functions/role to save time and if that original user was a Staff Member in one or more booking calendar, these access are copied... which is fine... but the new user isn't listed in the bookings staff page. So where are those rights saved?

Also, if accessing the calendar from outlook, users with 'Reader' access can delete and modify the events from there without problem...?! That's really a problem.
