Clone or copy a service

Do you know if we can clone a service and only change the title or some disponility??

@Ldugre supposedly the new ui allows this capability, but when I tried I was met with an error message.

@Ldugre also I would tell the Microsoft development group that the feature is broken, but their very own feedback widget is also broken.
