Clients are not recieving calendar invite

Hi,

 

I've been using the microsoft bookings tool and just realized that my clients are not receiving calendar invites after they book time with me. I'll get a calendar invite for the meeting, but they only receive a confirmation email. 

 

Is there a box or something that I'm missing? Is this intentional functionality?

That confirmation email has an ics attachment that contains the details of the appointment and can be easily added to the calendar.

@Corey Ashmeade Appears to be an issue still 4 years later. I have users trying out Bookings to see if it'll work for them and they are finding that the emails are not being sent out.

Did you ever find a solution?
