Recently the client confirmation email is being bounced because Gmail, yahoo, and others don't believe the email sending it is safe? The client confirmation email is my name and firm name @NETORGFTXXXXXXX.onmicrosoft.com. I don't understand why the email isn't generated using either my admin or my name @"mydomain".com like my regular email is? I do not see anyway to change the automatic email sent to clients confirming their appointments and the confirmations are being bounced. I have contacted GoDaddy support and they have no clue but have supposedly escalated the issue of the bouncing confirmation emails. In my mind this should be a simple fix. Just change the email sending the email confirmations to clients to my domain vice the one created by Microsoft.. Why one is created is beyond me in the first place.. HELP!
