Capturing Delays/Rescheduling Events

When CustomerA cancels/reschedules a booking, is Bookings able to capture these events even where CustomerB fills the vacated appointment so we can measure/track cancelation/rescheduling metrics (count of reschedules events, interval between appointment/reschedule, appointment/cancellation) etc? Is it possible also to capture Company initiated reschedule/cancellations (e.g. staff illness etc.)?
