Can the answer to a custom question change the services displayed

Hello,

We would like to have the list of services offered change based on the answer to a custom field question.

Such as Online vs In Person.  Depending on the answer selected the services list would change accordingly...if no answer is selected all services would show up.   Right now we have to have a different service per option, and this leads to long lists, and considerable customer confusion.  

Any help is greatly appreciated.
