At the moment no bookings can be made. The customer waits a long time and then they just get a message saying that "something went wrong" and that they should reload the page and try again.
In the console it says that there is a 401 error and looking further into this you just get this response:
{"Body":{"ErrorCode":500,"ExceptionName":"OwaSerializationException","FaultMessage":null,"IsTransient":false,"ResponseCode":"ErrorInternalServerError"}}
The experience of making a booking through the admin side takes a very long time but I can see in the export file that the information is being saved. There are a considerable amount of errors in the console on the admin side at the moment and the customer doesn't get any confirmation email for the booking.
We have Power Automate connected to Bookings and it sometimes this picks up the booking information, even when the customer sees the "something went wrong" message. Some admin confirmation emails are being received as well. The exact experience seems to change each time we've tested something.
Nothing has changed in our settings, it worked without any problems last night but right now it feels like nothing is working as expected. I can't see that any similar problems are being reported at the moment. I haven't seen if there are any status problems either.
Has anyone else experienced these kinds of problems? Can anyone help?

@Colin365 sorry about this experience. Can you please DM me your Bookings calendar SMTP address and also if possible can you please share the network traces (HAR file) over DM when you try the reported scenario?

We are using MS bookings, however we’ve had several customers report that the Reschedule link in the booking confirmation issues a 401 unauthorized error (example below).@Babu_Alagarsamy

@Babu_Alagarsamy Thanks for the reply! But the problem just seemed to be temporary for us and lasted less than 2 days. There was however a strange consequence with the bookings though which I didn't get time to document properly.
Several of the existing group bookings became suddenly disconnected from the staff member (which feels like an impossible thing to have happened). It meant that for just a few days it became possible to overbook a time because a duplicate group event was automatically inserted with the correct staff member beside the old group (without the staff member). I could see this happening in the calendar view but then I just reduced the group numbers so that we didn't get too many extra bookings and nothing got out of control.
One customer reported that they were unable to cancel their booking but otherwise the experience was largely unaffected by the problem.
We haven't seen this problem happen again since then and at the moment I believe the Bookings service is running as expected for us. Still no clue about what caused the problem or why it resolved itself! Sorry, I know that this isn't very helpful for anyone else experiencing this kind of problem but I just wanted to write a follow up on what happened for us.
