Can't disable Anyone in the staff dropdown

Hello,

Could you help me understand how to disable 'Anyone' option in the staff dropdown. I would like the customers to choose any staff member, but I don't want to give them an option to select 'Anyone' option (which randomly picks someone).

The disabling the "ANYONE" Staff member option is still on users' wish list. Here is the link to Microsoft feedback hub. You can vote on existing requests or create a new one.
