I'm looking for a packaging tool that will allow me to customize the look and behavior of my application's installer program. Is MSIX up my alley? If so, how easy or difficult is it to alter the way an app's installer looks and acts? I'm looking for a packaging tool that is flexible and doesn't cost very much, if anything.
