I currently use an external web based booking calendar that costs $50/mth per user - far too expensive! I am looking at moving over to Bookings as I have Office 365 Business Premium. My server is Microsoft Exchange - even though I've selected the 'personal calendar' option, the Bookings calendar is not capturing unavailability in the calendar in Outlook

 

Is it because I am on Microsoft Exchange?

 

Why is this? I really want to be able to use bookings not just for cost but also it's a much slicker looking product and easier for clients to use.

Try going to staff>select staff>tick 'event and office calendar affect availability' top right. Hope that helps.
