We are evaluating Bookings.
The scenario we are interested is case where Customers can book appointment over the web. These requests goes through an internal approval process, before it gets assigned to the physicians. The internal approval workflow could be through Teams or from the email notification from Booking
request.
(1)Based on our evaluation so far, as soon as customer does the booking, it syncs with the outlook or Teams calendar. We even tried setting up Staff not from Active Directory. Still the appointment gets confirmed with out approval. How do we achieve the separation ?
(2)It's mentioned in the documentation that Bookings can be used as such or embedded within a web site or portal.
How do we do that ?
What are the options available ?
Is the Bookings available through Graph APIs ?
Microsoft documentation says, "APIs under the /beta version in Microsoft Graph are subject to change. Use of these APIs in production applications is not supported".
Any idea when 1.0 version will be available ?
