Bookings to multiple users

Hi,

I need to send a Bookings form to multiple people inside my firm, but need it so that users must select the same time before it sends the confirmation...because it's frustrating having to chase multiple users to find a common time. Thanks.

This is not supported by Bookings. We would suggest you to use Scheduling Polls in Outlook for this scenario
