Same here, users don't find this a help.

Did you check if any of the below options were disabled by any chance?

1. https://outlook.office.com/bookings/bookingpage -> under email notifications

2. https://outlook.office.com/bookings/services -> edit service -> notifications ->

If its configured correctly but still no calendar invites are sent, can you please DM me your Bookings page URL?

Thanks for replying. Both those options are ticked and we do receive a .ics file attached to an email, which is the meeting invite. Previously though it would put an appointment straight into our calendars without needing the ics file attachment. It is an internal booking system so not available for external access.

Same issue here: Bookings is not sending the meeting/ calendar invite- it is toggled on" - Microsoft Community Hub

They are not disabled for me either

@bhopkinsmside I am experiencing the same issue.  All I get are .ics files in inbox, no meeting request being sent directly to calendars, so not seeing whether booking have been accepted and any subsequent changes to meeting times are not being updated automatically in customer calendars.

Can you please check it again and confirm if the issue still exists?

@Babu_Alagarsamy It has gone back to the old behaviour, invites are now showing in the calendar. Any idea what the issue is / was? Thanks, Ian

@Babu_Alagarsamy Still having issues, but I found out a bit more. Looks like things are behaving contrary to the default scheduling policy for some reason, see below, hope this helps...

- For a service inside the booking page where the toggle 'default scheduling policy' is turned on, and the meeting invite notification checkbox is checked inside the default scheduling policy window, the result is that the meeting invite notification checkbox when creating a booking is unchecked.

Got a notification to check solution, but there was none lol. Check again, is not a solution.
I ended up deleting existing services & then created new services with the toggle for "default scheduling policy" turned off as a work around, things are fine for now. Just a pain since if I want to make a change to the scheduling policy, need to do it in all 5 spots.
