Bookings Services to allow users to select virtual or in person

I would like to recommend a system enhancement in bookings that could be resolved with the addition of a toggle on the admin side when developing a service.

Let end users determine if they want an appointment in person or virtual. Provide an option in the service itself that admins can turn on an option for users to determine if they want their appointment in person or virtually. 

Currently, it’s the service owner's decision only. You either create a service for virtual or in-person appointments. But what if you can do either and want to let the end user select their preference?

It’d be great to have a toggle on the service where admins can say let users decide. Otherwise, you’re having to create multiple services- one for in-person or one for virtual.

The particular use case is that advisers are physically in the office, some students want to come into the office, while some students just want a quick virtual appointment. Currently, they have to select from two different services per advisor rather than just having one singular service with the option to select.

We tried adding in a custom question with a drop-down selecting whether students wanted in-person or remote. My hope was that would appear in the appointment and advisors would know what to expect, but it does not appear in Outlook. They would have to go to the booking calendar. It also does not allow for easy reporting on how many users want virtual vs in-person. This data would allow us to customize future appointments based on the needs of students.
