Bookings not displaying name of newly-created page in Choose a calendar dialog

Hi,

I created a new Bookings page and it did not appear in the list of Bookings sites I can edit from the Choose a calendar dialog that pops up when you choose Open. 

A little background: We previously had an issue where choosing Open never brought up the Choose a calendar list, it always took you to the Welcome to setup dialog for creating a new page. Now that they have fixed that issue, I am seeing this new one where I can't see a Bookings site I just created.
