Bookings not allowing group bookings

I have some services set up to allow group bookings, with maximum attendees set to 10. The first person is able to book just fine, but when a second person tries to book the same timeslot, it is greyed out and not available. The first appointment shows on the Bookings Calendar, but I do not see the 1/10 label that I've seen in demonstrations. How can I fix this?

I have the same issue but the with no attendees at all! Even when I removed the one attendee I had, it is not possible for anyone else to subscribe even when there all still 10 places left. My users get the message (in Dutch) as shown:
