Bookings need separate lead times for cancellation

In Bookings settings, the lead time options impact bookings and cancellations.  It would be great if we could set different lead times instead.

For example, I want a minimum of 2 hours to prep for a booking, but if someone wants to cancel, I want to know, regardless of how close that cancellation is to the appointment time. Cancellation lead time may happen at short notice, but I still want people to be able to cancel rather than just not show up without also having to allow people to book at the last minute.
