Bookings is not sending the meeting/ calendar invite- it is toggled on"

ive been using bookings for years.  The teams invite and calendar invite always send automatically.  It suddently stopped sending, so the meeting invite isn't going to the other person. 

I've confirmed the toggle is on for sending the invite.

We are also having this issue, it sends an ics but not a meeting request and doesnt show in the calendar. Users are all in house using O365

yes, it is.
I dont know how or why, but it is working again.
