Apparently Bookings was simply having some internal issues. The problem corrected itself, without us changing anything in our configuration.

I just setup bookings and although it is "working", there is an odd issue.
The calendar bookings do not contain the specifics of the individual who made the booking, but the notifications do?

Why wouldn't the appointment include the name of the person who booked it?

@ChrisComplete : Can you please advise how this has been rectified? I seem to have similar issue in confirmation email, it doesn't show the email, company name and phone number entered by client.

@Ashwin2075 Wait for a few days. Ours ended up synching. Seems like it just might be a poorly designed product.
