Bookings Error message when external user tries to book meeting; Email Verification code

Hello!

 

I have been getting feedback that candidates are unable to complete their bookings due to a generic error message. However, others are able to successfully book. I have tried to complete the bookings myself form and received the same message and then received an email verification code however there are no instructions or links for where or how to verify?

 

I've included screenshots. How is this resolved?
