The reminders, notifications, and calendar appointments would be more useful if any details added to the Booking by the end user would appear. For example, we have custom fields that our customers fill in such as Name, Location, Customer Name, etc. In order to properly prepare for a meeting with an end user it would be helpful to have this information be included in the Outlook or Teams meeting reminder. Please see the example below of the outlook invite. From an efficiency standpoint compared to other software’s this information should be visible in the invite and reminder.
I see no detail for every appointment I make. No details in the appointment subject except the generic name of the appointment, no details in the appointment message, no details in the Bookings calendar in Teams either. The only way I can see details (particularly the custom fields) is to go into the Bookings calendar on the web, export to CSV, open in Excel, search for the appointment. This is pretty crazy.
