Bookings Deleted all my notifications

My bookings page just decided to delete all my email reminders that I had set with each service. Any idea why? Or how to fix this issue? Thanks.

We are experiencing the same issue - didn't notice it until now. Maybe they are working on it with Microsoft as previous issues has been resolved recently from July.
