Bookings confirmation email shows 24 hours difference than actual appointment

Customer A got an email confirmation that shows an appointment on May 22 at 10:00 am PDT
Customer A shows up on the staff member's calendar (and Bookings interface calendar) on May 21 at 10:00 am PDT
Customer B booked an appointment for May 22 at 10:00 am PDT
Customer B shows up on the staff member's calendar (and Bookings interface calendar) for May 22 at 10:00 am PDT

 

  • Time is Pacific time on the time zone settings, but the "always show slots in business time zone" is not checked

  • Calendar events effect availability is checked for the staff member

  • Use Default scheduling policy (on service) is not selected

  • Bookable when staff are free is set on the service

  • Only 1 staff member is listed and available for the service that both customers selected

  • It is unknown what day Customer A actually selected

  • Both customers are using email addresses that are the same custom domain through Google workspace

Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere or is this just a fluke?
