Booking page access controls not working as expected

We have selected the checkbox to "require a Microsoft 365 or Office 365 account from my organization to book". We believed this would only allow people using email from our org to book appointments, but in our testing, we saw that this was not the case. Made up, fake email addresses work just fine.
