Booking failing to notify company email of new appointments

Hello all,


I have set the business email to our reception email address and selected this box for each service. An email is sent to the selected staff member but not the reception inbox. I have tried multiple email addresses and nothing... Please help.

I'm not sure if there is a propagation time on this or something. However, approximately 24 hours after I first set the booking up, when I decided to try and get to the bottom of the issue, it has resolved.
