Booking Calendar not Syncing

I have a service calendar where I assign staff for appointments. When I make an appointment, it will show on their calendar but I cannot see the event from outlook when I look at their shared calendar in Outlook.

 

It was working fine last week and now nothing! The only way I can see the appointment is in the booking website itself, but I want to be able to see it in outlook. It does not sync on outlook mobile or on the computer.

If it was working previously, maybe you could try unsharing and resharing the calendar?

 

You can also have your staff check their Shared Calendar settings in Outlook and make sure the permissions are set to what you would like:
