Book with Me (new) not observing Buffer After the Meeting Time.

Hello,

I am working with Book(ings) with Me now that it is listed as New. I am attempting to set up 30 minute meetings available on the half hour, with a 15 minute buffer after an appointment.  The behavior I would expect is:

1. I have appointments available at 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, etc.

2. If someone books the 1pm appointment, the 1:30pm slot should disappear based on the need for a 15 minute buffer after the meeting.

This is not happening. The 1:30pm slot remains in Book with Me and is open on my Outlook calendar.

I have attached screenshots of the Before & After, plus my settings.  Any idea what I am missing?

@moonjosh I hope there is a response to your issue soon as I am having a similar issue.  I travel to multiple locations to work on equipment.  One site is a 2 hour drive from my office so I put a 2 hour buffer before and after to allow for travel.  After the service is booked and on my calendar, the buffer time is no longer there.  I had a second client that is only 30 minutes from my office book an appointment 30 minutes after the client who is 2 hours away and should have had a 2 hour buffer AFTER the service.  Now I have to call and reschedule with that client for at least 1 hour later than they booked with me for because I need that hour as travel time to get to their site.

I am having the same issue. Buffer time not being acknowledged at all. Quite a mess!
