Dear Microsoft Booking Support Team,

I am writing to request a new feature for Microsoft Booking that would greatly enhance the user experience and improve productivity. Specifically, I would like to propose the automatic addition of bookings to the Booker's calendar.

As a user of Microsoft Booking, I have found the platform to be an excellent tool for managing appointments and bookings. However, one aspect that requires manual intervention is the addition of bookings to the calendar. Currently, the Booker needs to manually add each booking to their calendar, which can be time-consuming and prone to human error or missed if they do not see the ICS file in their email.

I believe that integrating an automated system that automatically adds bookings to the Booker's calendar would significantly streamline the process and improve efficiency. By doing so, the Booker would have a comprehensive and up-to-date view of their schedule without the need for manual intervention.

Here are a few reasons why I believe this feature would be highly beneficial:

  1. Time-saving: Automating the process of adding bookings to the calendar would save considerable time for Bookers, allowing them to focus on other important tasks.

  2. Accuracy: By eliminating manual entry, the risk of human error in adding bookings to the calendar would be significantly reduced, ensuring the accuracy of the Booker's schedule.

  3. Seamless integration: The integration of bookings into the Booker's calendar would provide a holistic view of their appointments, enabling better planning and scheduling.

I understand that Microsoft Booking is a feature-rich platform that caters to the needs of various businesses and organizations. However, I believe this particular enhancement would be valuable for a wide range of users who rely on the platform to manage their bookings effectively.

I kindly request you to consider this proposal for the development of Microsoft Booking. If possible, I would appreciate any updates on whether this feature is currently under consideration or if there are any plans to implement it in the future.

Thanks for the feedback.
There is an option available to send a meeting invite to the booker which add the appointment automatically to the booker's calendar.
In Service settings -> Notifications -> "Send a meeting invite to the customer, in addition to the confirmation mail".
Please enable this settings and this should solve your usecase.
