I am trying to find a way to automatically create a Live Event Teams Meeting when a customer schedules an appointment via the Bookings application. Any ideas or tips on how I can get this to work? We would need to also add the the presenters in the Live Event Meeting from the presenters entry field on our bookings page when customers fill it out.
I thought about potentially using Microsoft Graph API Explorer to first call the information from Bookings and then use that information to create an Online Teams Live Event. From there I was thinking about creating a Calendar Event with the Link to join the Teams Live Event. I wanted to reach out to see if there was a better or more productive way to accomplish this!
