We have had a number of occasions where the appointment time booked into our calendar via microsoft bookings, does not match the time confirmed with the client. Is there are setting we need to adjust in the program to fix this?
Example of this occurred last Friday, our calendar stated the appointment was for Friday 9am, however, when we contacted the client, they said they had an appointment time of Wednesday 9am.
I am not aware of any setting which can cause a 2 day difference in appointment time. Can you verify if the timezones are configured correctly? Each booking page has a default timezone configured which you can find in Booking page -> Region and timezone settings. The customer should by default see the appointment time as per their current timezone only.
