An email from the Booking page created email Id not being sent to its Mailbox

When a booking is created on the booking page by a customer, which in turn created an email id such as "". should receive an email from itself for any of the booking created/rescheduled/cancelled.  

We did add "send customer replies to" on Booking information page which enables auto forwarding from to the email mentioned on Send customer replies to.


Issue is, when booking is created, the customer and staff gets the email from but not to itself as a notification.


When we create a new booking page, which sets a new emailID.  Everything is working fine and all expected emails are being received to related recipients of booking.


Any thoughts or idea on the issue resolution is appreciated.
