Adding custom fields to confirmation email

Does anyone know if it's possible to add custom fields requested from the customer to be included in the confirmation email that goes to the customer and to us?


We need to collect a very specific piece of information and having to open each booking to see that information every time rather than just getting it from the email we receive is becoming unmanageable.

@Daniel Hudson We're facing this same challenge. Did you ever find a solution? I see your original post was from a few years ago. 

This is something we would like to do also.
Any update from Microsoft?
Is there an update on this from Microsoft? Can't really find anything.
