Added Staff on Bookings cannot see back end admin page

I've created a Bookings page and added a coworker as an Administrator for the page.

 

They received an email notifying them of being added as a Staff. When they try to access the back end page to change settings, they are taken to the Bookings product page (https://products.office.com/en-us/business/scheduling-and-booking-app) despite being signed into their account and having a license assigned.

 

Tried accessing incognito and with cookies/cache cleared with the same issue.

@afernandez have you figured this out? I'm having the same issue.

@Alipickens-opoku yes, but unfortunately, not in any replicable way. a list of things we did repeatedly over the course of a few days in no particular order:

  • remove user from Staff, add user back
  • have user log in/out of Microsoft account
  • clear cookies/cache

@afernandez Try logging into the page through teams on the users login, then use the “open in browser” .
