About to roll out, but...Admin settings missing

We're scheduled to roll out Bookings to thousands of users very soon, and I just came across an inconsistency where some users see the new setup experience when signing in for the first time and others see the old experience even though the "new experience toggle" is turned on.

 

Do we have any news on the Admin toolkit and whether this may be something that we can set there along with T&Cs, Privacy Policy, website, search engine visibility, and other things that might be standardized?

We have made the new experience of bookings as default for all new users and all old users have the option to migrate to the old one(as old versions will me retired soon)
