Hi All,
I was able to select a date and book a schedule, but the message- "This person isn't available on this date. Please choose another date or person." appears most of the time.
This has caused some confusion to my users and I hope to resolve it. I have tried adjusting the timezone/ business hours but the message still appears.
Appreciate any guidance.

Hi @HappyFace,
The minimum and maximum lead time settings may be causing the unavailable messages.
