Hi all,
We have a booking calendar set to be only accessed through people in our organization. Making some test, we have realized that once I'm logged into MS Bookings, I am able to make an appointment with any email (including other members emails) making possible to block a buddy calendar making several appointments if I want.
We need to avoid this scenario to start using MS Bookings. There are any way to set automatically the email in the appointment without the need of write it manually?
Best regards
Luis
Same concern here.
We expect that if a booking page is available only for "people from the organisation", then the "customer" information are automatically retrieved from the connected user.
Internal customer, after authentication, should not re-enter their email address.
After the authentication the system already knows your work email address.
Why can this not be automatically filled in?
Why re-entering an email address?
Hopefully Microsoft reads the content and have the courtecy of reply.
Thank you in advance.
Convinced user.
We're experiencing the same issue. Our booking page is only available internally and we expect the name and e-mail fields to auto populate with the logged in user data. Is there any update?
Is there a way to get some feedback from Microsoft product team?
Hi there,
We are experiencing the same issue and now finding out that some of our reports are not pulling information correctly because our customers (though signed in to our organization) are adding their personal email addresses. Does Microsoft have an update on this concern?
Thank you!
Hi there,
Same case here. I hope we get some response here.
