It surprised me to find out that any custom field information filled out in regards to a service is not saved at all in a customer's customer profile. Furthermore, some of the information I was asking for, the data fields already exist for it in the Customers tab (such as Company Name and Address), but weren't options to choose when building the questionnaire we ask of our clients. This feels kinda basic. At the very least have that data stored in the "Notes" area of that customer's data info. Doing so would make it tremendously easier to export to programs like Salesforce.
