All our bookable services have variable durations depending on customer requirements.

As there's no way for customers to choose a duration (it would have to be done by staff) there's no advantage to us using Bookings.


Customer specified durations would be a game changer for us.

There should be an on/off toggle when in "edit services" to be able to allow customer to pick a range, supposing they need a time slightly different, like 15 minutes later or something as well as if default time is 30 minutes, they should be able to select less time, like suppose it's a quick call and they only need 5 minutes of my time. I'd like to know that in advance and allow the customer/client to choose that option.
