Nothing works...

Either I go at bing.com with Chrome or type in the address bar of Microsoft Edge I can get either no results like shown in the first screenshot or if I try again and I'm lucky I get results but a strange page which doesn't work at all with a weird Microsoft Bing logo shown in the second screenshot.

That's strange. I don't know if it's a normal URL after a search but then again. The result is non sense

It has been resolved. How ? I honestly don't know and I did nothing on my side.
