Expediting a UCM Ticket

Hi there,
Got a super urgent request to remove some cached images from Bing, we've obviously already removed all files from the server and we've followed the content removal/url block methodologies too - but no joy. Think it's only going to be sorted by the support team themselves - any ideas how/who to contact? Have raised various tickets over the past few days and tried support numbers in both the UK and US so far.
