Discovered but not crawled | URL cannot appear on Bing

Hi, I'm facing a problem with indexation. 

A few days ago, All URLs of my site were indexed within seconds. But now it says

"The inspected URL is known to Bing but has some issues which are preventing indexation. We recommend you to follow Bing Webmaster Guidelines to increase your chances of indexation."

It is an educational site, and none of the URLs violates bing guidelines. Even the site is getting indexed in Google with no issue. Please suggest to me a solution what to do. 

I have already tried APIs but nothing

@ViralmGroup I contacted Bing support and it took them 60 days to respond but my issue got resolved and my website is now well indexed.

I made sure no issues persist from my side.

Really don't know what's going on. Unfortunately the same problem remains with me. However, I lost interest and even deleted my account from Bing Webmaster Tools. It makes no sense to me anymore.

My website has been online for 13 years and I haven't had any problems getting my website indexed by google so far.


There are no errors or issues preventing my site from being indexed. I can't understand why since January 2023 my website has disappeared from the bing index.

This is something only microsoft knows.
