Bing search scrolls to top automatically :(

I know this is known problem for other people:

But I'd like to add that in my case, this happens only when I'm logged in to Bing!

Nothing helps, even by installing special scripts.... Bing search keeps jumping to top of the page.

Anyone?

looks like this god **bleep** chat extension (which for some reason only Microsoft know why I can't remove from there) is causing this issue. When the page starts loading this addon is in this state:

And when I start scrolling the page goes to top when it finishes loading:

Any ideas how to remove this chat?
