Bing removed my website from search resutls without sending any notification or message in webmaster

Hi friends, I indexed my website (link removed by moderator) in bing 3 months ago in August. Now whenever i check my website by site: (link removed by moderator) in bing there's not result in search results. I didn't get any notification, warning or message in my webmaster tool. Kindly help me how to reindex my website.
