SOLVED
I'm unable to search with Bing.com. I tried 3 different browsers and it doesn't seems to be a browser problem. Also if I connect in VPN, it works. I also tried IN PRIVATE and it doesn't work there either. I tried AS GUEST same thing.
Microsoft Edge : Version 95.0.1020.53 (Official build) (64-bit)
Chrome : Version 96.0.4664.45 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Windows 10 Pro 21H1 (up to date)
I honestly don't know what is going on and what I have to do to fix that. Right now I had to change my Edge settings to use Google search everywhere from home button to address bar and new tab until a fix is found for that.
