For some weeks, I see strange behavior in Bing AI regarding sharing a picture with it and asking for it to describe. I was using Bing AI like this for weeks but right now it's totally broken. When I share a photo and I ask for a description, it will say "I’m sorry, but I am not able to see the picture you are referring to.". Other times it totally ignores the prompt and it just generates a random image. If I keep trying hard, very rarely it will finally give me the description of the image, but it's a waste of time as it is now. Any fix?
