When New Device enrolled cant re user name

Hi All,

 

when we add new device,we recive new authentication request in admin centre.but it not shows who send the request.is there any way we can fix this?

we only have defaul MDM policy.

Are you enroll by using Intune Device?

no..we are tring to configure email.
